This Burny FSG-80 is an Awesome guitar and very rare bird indeed. The top-of-the-line Burny SG, the FSG-80 was a built-to-order, 1973 Deluxe featuring Alnico V P90s, Maestro-style Vibrola w/ engraved lyre and Split Diamond headstock. The neck is straight and the action is quick. The electronics are functioning delivering outstanding tone. Plays and sounds Fantastic. A killer axe.
Cosmetically the guitar has nicks, dings, scratches, scuffs and patina aplenty. G string tuner replaced with Gotoh (acquired as such). Big picture an awesome looking SG in gorgeous Walnut. Included is a Japanese, naugahyde soft case.
Free local pick up from PTD Vintage in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood available and encouraged. Shipping is a flat $115 in the lower 48.
