Body: Solid Afzelia (3-piece). This wood is incredibly dense and resonant, known for its sustain and articulate response.
Neck: 7-piece Wenge/Afzelia laminate with Warwick’s world-famous Hidden Neck-through joint—giving the front of the bass a seamless, elegant appearance.
Fretboard: Wenge fingerboard featuring the classic Yin-Yang inlays.
Hardware: Features the original solid brass 2-piece bridge and the 1st-generation Brass Just-A-Nut (JAN I), allowing for precise individual string height adjustment at the nut.
CONDITION This bass is in extraordinary cosmetic shape for a 37-year-old instrument.
Exterior: No scratches and no dents. The edges and back are exceptionally clean.
Minor Note: There are a few small stain on the front of the body (please see close-up photos). Aside from this minor cosmetic character mark, the bass is virtually pristine.
Playability: The neck is rock-solid and the frets have plenty of life. It is currently set up with low, fast action.
