Overall shape is good to very good, almost excellent if not for the ground off finish on one side (see photos). It is cleaned, sanitized, tested and working!
It's a vintage, unidirectional dynamic microphone manufactured in the USA, primarily during the 1970s and early 1980s. It is a high-impedance (Hi-Z) microphone known for its warm, deep, "old-school" tone, often used for vocals, live sound reinforcement, and harmonica ("harp") playing through amplifiers.
