• How long is the included warranty? Products include a 12-month warranty. Contact our support team via the 'message seller' feature for any issues you face.
• Why no pictures of the actual product? No images of the exact item are shown, but all B-Stock/Refurbished products are vetted by inMusic technicians for quality. Though not brand new, they’re fully tested and function as expected.
• When will my order arrive? Orders completed before 1PM (Mon-Fri) ship the same day for next working day delivery. After 1PM, they ship the next working day. Weekend orders ship the following working day.
• Can I use Click & Collect for this item? Right now, Click & Collect isn't available for this store. We're really sorry for any inconvenience! Please use our standard delivery option and make sure the delivery address you enter is your home address or another spot you can easily access (like work or a trusted friend's place).
• Will you accept my offer? We’re not accepting offers currently, and prices are fixed.
