💥 1996 Jackson Pro Series Dinky DR-2 in Metallic Blue Finish! Made in Japan! 💥

This Jackson Pro Series Dinky DR-2 model is a Metal master. With Active Jackson Pickups and compound radius Maple neck it is a shredder. Purchased directly from Japan’s “Custom Shop”in the 90’s it was built to specifications that were not available in production models it custom Cobalt Blue Sparkle finish. Aggressive Reverse Headstock and Floyd Rose licensed tremolo set this guitar as a unique collector’s piece.

It's been cleaned and polished, air cleaned the electronics, and changed the strings to D’Addario XL110’s, intonated on a strobe tuner and set the action as low as it can go. The end result is a very fast neck with low action and classic metal.  Condition is a 9.5 / 10.0  or Mint with only very fine polish marks visible. Stunning in person.

All Guitars and Basses will have a complete setup including a dead on strobe intonation and a fresh set of D’Addario XL110s (0.042-0.010), which gives it a deep rich tone and never ending sustain. Different gauge strings can be requested and will be utilized if possible. I have been a professional guitar player for my whole adult life and have more than 45 years of experience as a luthier of predominantly electric guitars, but I also have a great bit of acoustic repair and building experience.  Over my 60 years, I've been a builder and guitar tech for several names I know you would know, and have worked under the pressure of time and never ending demands of descerning players night after night, as well as supporting innovators of 70’s music through modern metal.  I’ve been a collector since I started playing at 7 years old and have amassed a collection of many more than a thousand instruments and dozens of amps and speaker cabinets, both mobile and fixed, so I hope I can address anything you might ask, and if you are looking for something unusual there's a pretty good chance there may be one or more in my collection. My Guitars are graded conservatively and described and photographed to the best of my ability, but don’t trust my words, please look at my feedback here and on eBay, and other classified sites for my customers reviews. I pride myself on delivering guitars and performance equipment that exceeds the descriptions and photos in my listings, and they are ready to deliver onstage or in the studio, right out of the shipping container.

All guitars and basses will come safely packaged and will arrive clean, set-up and ready to go to deliver for you on what ever stage you play on. I've been on stage when a guitar that was promised to be ready out of the box failed to launch, so be assured the guitars I sell will over deliver, over perform, time after time.  If you are near me, you can bring any guitar you buy from me by (or ship it to me if you wish) anytime for a free check out and tune up.

🌎 International Buyers 🌍

International shipping will be at my cost.  The “set” international shipping is a place holder for those that buy something before contacting me.  If you do this, the difference between this set shipping cost and actual shipping cost will be refunded at the end of the sales transaction.   If you contact me before buying a guitar or piece of equipment, please send a COMPLETE MAILING ADDRESS, and I will send you your true shipping cost prior to your purchase or offer.  Please NOTE: All international sales are “as-is” and no returns will be accepted or refunds issued.

Thanks for your time looking at this listing, and I hope you get a chance to check out my shop. I will be listing a large number of new guitars, amps and recording and performance equipment in the next few weeks so check back often for new additions.
