PRS SE Ed Sheeran Hollowbody I Piezo Baritone - Cosmic Splash | No Limit Guitar Co, Idaho Falls

The PRS SE Ed Sheeran Hollowbody I Piezo Baritone is a signature hollowbody baritone electric guitar built in collaboration with acclaimed British singer/songwriter Ed Sheeran, now available at No Limit Guitar Co in Idaho Falls. This instrument delivers a remarkably versatile tonal range — from rich, vintage-tinged humbucking warmth to natural acoustic resonance via its integrated piezo system. Designed for intermediate to professional players who demand both visual impact and sonic depth, it's a guitar that performs as distinctively as it looks.

Product Overview

The Hollowbody I Piezo Baritone is built around a fully hollow mahogany body topped with maple, finished in a stunning high-gloss poly Cosmic Splash wrap patterned after one of Ed Sheeran's 2025 Cosmic Carpark paintings. The combination of mahogany's warm low-end resonance and the maple top's added clarity gives this baritone hollowbody electric a balanced, full-frequency voice that rewards both rhythm and lead playing.

The Wide Fat maple neck features a comfortable profile and a smooth 10" radius rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets and a 27.7" baritone scale length — ideal for drop tunings and extended-range voicings with rich, defined low-end response. Unique media button inlays (Play, Pause, Rewind, Fast-Forward, Stop) reflect Ed's upcoming album series, and the Play icon appears again on the truss rod cover for a cohesive artistic touch.

Electronically, the guitar is equipped with PRS 85/15 "S" humbuckers at both neck and bridge positions, offering vintage-character tones with excellent note clarity. The integrated piezo system, routed through a dedicated Piezo Volume control, adds convincing acoustic resonance at the flip of a switch — making this one of the most versatile PRS SE baritone guitars available at an Idaho Falls guitar shop.

• Singer/songwriters and studio players seeking a baritone electric guitar with both magnetic humbucker and acoustic piezo tones in one instrument

• Intermediate to professional guitarists exploring extended-range playing, lower tunings, or atmospheric baritone electric guitar tones
• Recording artists who need a single guitar capable of handling both electric and acoustic-style parts in the studio
• Players looking for a visually striking, artist-edition electric guitar for Idaho Falls performances or touring

Key Features

Fully Hollow Mahogany Body with Maple Top The all-hollow mahogany construction with a maple top produces warm, resonant acoustic body tone with added treble definition — a tonal character well-suited to the baritone scale's naturally full low end.

Baritone Scale Length (27.7") The extended 27.7" scale provides excellent string tension for lower tunings, delivering clear, punchy low-string response without floppiness — a key advantage for baritone electric guitar players.

Dual PRS 85/15 "S" Humbuckers PRS's 85/15 "S" pickups are voiced for vintage warmth with modern clarity, producing thick midrange and articulate highs that translate well across genres from fingerpicked ballads to full-band arrangements.

Integrated Piezo System The PRS Adjustable Stoptail Piezo bridge adds a natural acoustic dimension, controlled by a dedicated Piezo Volume knob — giving players two distinct sonic personalities in one guitar without switching instruments.

Artist-Exclusive Cosmic Splash Finish The hand-wrap Cosmic Splash design is drawn directly from Ed Sheeran's 2025 Cosmic Carpark painting series, making each guitar a genuinely unique visual statement available in limited quantities.
