This is a vintage saxophone Bundy made by Selmer Elkhart, Indiana. The saxophone was made in the USA but the brass ligature and brass cover are stamped made in France. The serial number is 68185 which my research shows it was made in 1957. This sax with the mouthpiece cover weighs 4 lb 14.3 oz and inside the case the total weight is 12 lb 1.0 oz
There are many nicks and scratches, a lot of discoloration and a few dings on the bell BUT nothing major. All of the pads are old but intact and working AND all of the levers work properly. The case is structurally sound and functions good but is in fair condition with rusty metal hinges and one of the four legs is missing.
