The Martin SC-13E Modern Koa brings together contemporary comfort, full-fret accessibility, and an expressive acoustic voice in a visually striking package. Its S-13 cutaway body and Sure Align neck system deliver electric-style playability, making upper-fret runs and complex voicings feel effortless. A solid spruce top produces clarity and projection, while koa fine-veneer back and sides add warmth, balance, and visual elegance.
With a Low Profile Velocity neck carve, Ratio open-gear tuners, and LR Baggs Element electronics, the SC-13E Modern Koa is designed for players who move seamlessly between acoustic rhythm work, melodic leads, and live amplified settings. Its full gloss body finish and clean modern appointments give it a refined, performance-ready aesthetic.
