Selling My USA DK1 in Black finish. I'd describe it in one word, fast. The neck is made for metal, slightly rounder than an Ibanez wizard, thin D. EMG 81/85 set and the typical Jackson USA specs.
The tone knob is switched with an afterburner which is far more useful. Once pulled out, you can adjust the amount of gain you want to add to an already gainy EMG set. Once you want the right amount, you can pull it for a lead part to just to add more gain in general when needed.
It is in excellent condition, some minor wear in the finish between two pickups and a scratch on the back. The battery cover is missing. Normal wear for a 20 year old guitar. The fretwork is excellent and it has very low action, tuned to E standard with new set of 9-42s.
