This is a 1980s ARION SCH-1 chorus pedal, made in Japan and known for its use by Scott Henderson and Michael Landau!
This SCH-1 from Prince Tsushin Kogyo is a Japanese-made unit produced from the mid-1980s to the early 1990s. The heart of the pedal, the BBD and clock driver, uses the original Panasonic MN3207 and MN3102 chips. While the casing is admittedly a bit flimsy, the sound is superb, earning immense support from top artists including Michael Landau and Scott Henderson. We highly recommend you experience this beautiful chorus sound.
