DESCRIPTION
This 2019 Fender Custom Shop '60 Stratocaster Relic in Aged Daphne Blue is a great example of Fender’s Custom Shop take on a classic early ‘60s Strat. Built with an alder body and a maple neck paired with a rosewood fingerboard, it has a balanced, resonant feel with plenty of warmth and clarity.
Fitted with a set of Texas Special Single Coils, it delivers that classic Strat tone. It’s a really responsive guitar that reacts well to your touch, whether you’re playing clean or adding a bit of drive. The 60s Oval “C” neck profile feels comfortable and easy to play, sitting nicely in the hand without being too slim or too full.
Finished in Aged Daphne Blue with a relic treatment, it has the look and feel of a well-played vintage instrument, with subtle wear that adds character without going over the top. A really well-balanced Custom Shop Strat that gets all the important details right.
