2023 Paoletti Stratospheric Wine
Paoletti is a small Italian boutique builder producing exceptional S-style guitars using reclaimed 130–150-year-old chestnut from old Tuscan wine barrels. This example combines the chestnut body with a roasted Canadian maple neck, Pau Ferro fingerboard, handmade Paoletti SSS pickups and extensive brass hardware.
If you’re looking at Fender Custom Shop, Suhr, Xotic or similar high-end S-style guitars, the Paoletti offers something genuinely different. It has classic Strat character but feels noticeably more substantial and individual, with exceptional tuning stability and probably the best neck I’ve played.
The guitar is in excellent condition, completely original, and includes its original Paoletti case and case candy.
