G&L Tribute ASAT Special Electric Guitar in
The ASAT Special stands out for its uniquely balanced design and distinctive voice. Combining a T-style body shape, a hardtail bridge concept, and oversized MFD single-coil pickups with a P-90-like tonal character, it blends several classic influences into one highly original instrument.
Its electronics feature Leo Fender-designed Jumbo MFD single-coil pickups, delivering a richer, smoother, and more textured response with added grit and harmonic detail. The bridge uses G&L’s Saddle-Lock design, which enhances stability while adding the warm tonal character associated with brass saddles.
