I would say that this is in mint condition, but its not realistic to refer to a 40 year old synth as being in mint condition, ao all i'll say is, other than it workkng perfectly, there are no visible marks or scratches anywhere, so in my opintion it is in mint condition.
Im selling because i need the space and, in all honesty, this amazing piece of equipment is way too complicated for me. To the right person this thing is a gem.
