I am listing a bunch of guitars for friends and mentors who are less tech-savvy than I am—and I'll be selling mostly a bunch of Fenders and Taylors that were purchased as investments, rarely (if ever) played and kept in cases (acoustics with humidifiers) in a climate controlled, smoke-free, pet-free home the past couple of years.

This 2013 Fender American Deluxe Stratocaster Ash is a standout example from Fender’s top-tier pre-Elite era—featuring a beautifully grained solid ash body finished in a rich Tobacco Sunburst that highlights the natural character of the wood.

Unlike standard alder-body Strats, this model delivers the signature tonal qualities ash is known for—enhanced clarity, snap, and resonance, making it especially responsive for blues, rock, and clean articulate playing.

The rosewood fingerboard adds warmth and balance, while the Modern “C” neck profile and rolled edges provide a smooth, broken-in feel right out of the case.

Equipped with Fender’s Noiseless pickups and S-1 switching system, this Strat offers classic tones with added versatility and reduced hum—paired with a 2-point synchronized tremolo for smooth, stable performance.
