Beautiful 2024 model with upgraded, aged open-gear tuners from Waverly. An older (non-original), but functioning Martin hard-shell case is included. Two of the six latches (on hinge side) do not latch. I bought this used from Carter Vintage, who set up the guitar. Take a look at my reviews for peace of mind.
Happy to meet truly interested buyers halfway between a reasonable driving distance from Branford, CT (ie: if you live in Boston or NYC) to give it a test run before making a final decision. Thanks for looking. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions.
From the manufacturer: The 000-16 StreetMaster® is where old soul meets high-end tone. It’s the only Martin that pairs the beautifully distressed StreetMaster finish with the rich warmth of East Indian rosewood and the dynamic power of an Adirondack spruce top. Add our Vintage Tone System® (VTS), and you get the seasoned sound of a well-loved guitar—without the decades-long wait. The 000 body and scalloped X-bracing deliver a balanced, articulate voice that shines whether you’re finger picking or strumming, while the Modified Low Oval neck with a 24.9" scale and 1 3/4" nut offers all-day comfort. Abalone inlays add a subtle touch of elegance to the fingerboard, while the smooth satin finish give it a worn-in look and feel.
