Vintage Realistic Concertmate MG-1, designed and manufactured by Moog Music for Radio Shack in the early 1980s. This is a true analog Moog synth with the classic ladder filter and a unique hybrid architecture that combines monophonic and polyphonic sections—making it one of the most versatile and underrated Moog instruments. Thick basses, classic Moog leads, quirky poly textures, and experimental tones—this synth punches well above its weight.

The MG-1 has become increasingly sought-after for its unmistakable Moog tone at a more accessible price point. This unit has been professionally serviced and upgraded by CAE Sound in San Mateo CA, making it a reliable, studio-ready example while retaining its vintage character.

Condition:
Excellent overall condition with normal cosmetic wear consistent with age. Some damage to back nameplate from modifications. Slight bend on bottom plate at corner.
