Hand-crafted by ESP’s expert luthiers in Japan, the Original Series represents the top tier of ESP production—built with the precision, consistency, and attention to detail that serious players and collectors expect.

This Eclipse Custom pairs a mahogany body with a maple cap, giving it the familiar sustain, midrange authority, and focused attack players want from a great single-cut electric. The Silver Liquid Metal finish gives the guitar a bold, modern look without taking away from the clean, refined feel of the build. It is sharp, aggressive, and unmistakably ESP.

The set-neck construction keeps the response smooth and connected, while the Honduran mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard add stability, clarity, and a fast playing surface. The Thin U neck contour, 24.75" scale length, 305mm fingerboard radius, and 22 extra-jumbo frets make this guitar feel immediately comfortable for heavy rhythm work, lead playing, and precise modern performance styles.

Electronics are handled by a brushed chrome EMG JH “Het Set” pickup pair. Designed to combine active pickup power with a more open, passive-like response, these pickups deliver tight low end, strong attack, and excellent clarity under gain.
