Telefunken Custom Shop AK-47mkll (signature Snoop Dogg edition) 2012 - Black with custom Gold
Our users rate Reverb
New Old Stock. One of only 5 ever made! This is THE ULTIMATE Hip Hop vocal tracking microphone. When I worked for Telefunken running the Artist Relations program we worked with Snoop and his engineer, Dave Aron aka Dave Dizzle, we did a very limited, very special edition of Snoop's favorite mic, the AK47mkll. This microphone was limited to only 5 units. The "GG47". The mic features black base ring and grill, gold badge, and special signature etching in gold on the body. This is the no holds barred version with full size 9 pattern power supply, long body tube, and custom embroidered Ameritage/Telefunken case. Far superior to the cheaper TF47 version made currently. This mic is new old stock. Absolutely MINT! This one is Sr#03. Snoop has #01, 02, & 05. Telefunken has #04 in their microphone museum. This is the only one to ever see the open market. This mic is not only a spectacular sounding mic, but a collector's item as well. Available for audition in San Diego. The mic has it's original paperwork, case, cables, psu, mount, and wooden mic box. A crown jewel mic for any studio.
