Vertex Ultra-Phonix HRM 2010s - Black
Our users rate Reverb
The Vertex Ultra-Phonix HRM is a boutique, Dumble-inspired overdrive designed to capture the rare HRM (Hot Rubber Monkey) mod found in select Overdrive Special amps. This version leans more British-voiced, thanks to its EL34-style tonal character—offering tighter lows, richer mids, and a slightly more aggressive edge compared to traditional D-style pedals.
This pedal delivers a highly touch-sensitive, amp-like response, making it ideal for everything from edge-of-breakup tones to smooth, singing lead sounds.
