G&L Custom Shop Doheny Gold Firemist - 2020

G&L Custom Shop Guitar (2020) – Pharaoh Gold Firemist –

Up for sale is my 2020 G&L Custom Shop build. This is a seriously high-quality instrument that unfortunately just isn’t getting the play time it deserves anymore.

This guitar is an absolute joy to play — super comfortable neck, great balance, and incredibly versatile tone. The MFD pickups deliver a snappy, articulate response when you dig in, while still retaining warmth and depth—especially on the neck pickup.

Very good condition overall. This guitar was played and enjoyed, not a case queen. As pictured, there are a few small dings in the finish near the input jack, along with some light, superficial pick scratches on the pickguard. Otherwise, it’s been well cared for and has been stored for the past couple of years

As a cool bonus, as shown on the original shipping box, G&L themselves noted this as one of the coolest guitars they’ve seen — a pretty unique touch that speaks to how special this build is. (Original shipping box not included)

With G&L no longer producing instruments like this from the Custom Shop, these are only getting harder to find.
