1979 MIJ Ibanez AR-200. This thing has serious mojo and is for sure Japanese quality. Video is attached here just FYI.

It came to me with 1981 DiMarzio Megadrive pickups. Those are included but I had it loaded with DiMarzio 36th Anniversary PAFs with worn gold covers. It has killer sustain. Really impressive.

Both sets sound great. The PAFs are, of course, more vintage and lower output.

Overall in great condition. Looks like it took a small hit on the bottom of the guitar. See the last few pics. You honestly don’t see it from a distance and it’s not hurting integrity at ALL. That has all been sealed by Woodshed Guitarworks. Some of the binding is cracked from gas discharge but none is falling off or missing. That’s also been sealed.

It’s just been setup with 46-10s and the action is at 4/64ths at the 12th

Frets have a ton of life left. Lovely violin burst. Original hardware.

I did install gold Dunlop strap pegs and I’ll include the locks for your strap. A previous owner (perhaps the Reverend??) moved the one peg from behind the heel (like a 335) to the top horn. I’m sure this works better and keeps the guitar from tipping forward.

Some buckle rash on the back. It really is a stunner though. Weighs 8.85 lbs

Very much a Les Paul vibe in feel and tone but with 24 frets and amazing access to them. The toggle switch taps both pickups to make it a little more versatile.

Comes in a Gator Transit bag that I bought specifically for this guitar (and for you!). Has adjustable padding, lots of pockets and hideaway shoulder straps.
