ESP LTD MH-1000NT Electric Guitar - Granite Sparkle

ESP LTD MH-1000NT Electric Guitar - Granite Sparkle | No Limit Guitar Co, Idaho Falls

The ESP LTD MH-1000NT in Granite Sparkle is a premium solidbody electric guitar that combines effortless playability with an expansive tonal palette. Built around a solid mahogany body and a super-fast 3-piece maple neck, it's equipped with a complementary pair of Fishman Fluence Modern humbuckers — one alnico, one ceramic — delivering a wide range of voices from a single instrument. This is a confident choice for intermediate to professional players who want speed, versatility, and stage-ready reliability in one guitar.

Product Overview

The MH-1000NT features a solid mahogany double-cut body with a maple top, finished in a satin Granite Sparkle that gives the guitar a bold, distinctive look while keeping the feel smooth and comfortable. The deep double-cutaway body shape provides unrestricted access to all 24 frets, making it well-suited for players who spend a lot of time in the upper register.

The 3-piece maple neck is shaped into an Extra Thin U profile and joins the body via a set-through joint for maximum sustain and neck stability. The Macassar ebony fingerboard features a compound radius that transitions from 11.81" at the nut to 15.74" at the heel — tighter for comfortable chord playing in lower positions, flatter for effortless bending up high. Offset block inlays and 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets round out a fretboard that's as functional as it is visually sharp.

Hardware is built for working musicians. A TonePros locking Tune-O-Matic bridge with string-through body design maximizes sustain and intonation stability, while LTD locking tuners keep tuning locked in under demanding playing conditions. The push-pull tone knob adds voice-switching capability directly from the guitar, expanding tonal options without adding complexity.

Ideal For

• Hard rock and metal guitarists seeking a fast, versatile electric guitar with premium active pickups
• Lead players who need a compound-radius fingerboard for comfortable chording and effortless upper-fret bending
• Performers who want alnico and ceramic humbucker tones available in a single guitar
• Studio and live musicians who require precise intonation and rock-solid tuning stability
• Idaho Falls guitar players looking for a high-spec ESP LTD with a standout Granite Sparkle finish

Key Features

Complementary Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker Pair Rather than matching pickups in both positions, the MH-1000NT places a Fluence Modern Alnico humbucker at the neck and a Fluence Modern Ceramic humbucker at the bridge. This gives each position its own distinct character — warm and articulate at the neck, tight and high-output at the bridge — with three voice modes available in each pickup via the push-pull tone control.

Extra Thin U Maple Neck with Set-Through Joint The 3-piece maple neck's Extra Thin U profile is among the fastest-playing neck shapes in the LTD lineup, designed for players who prioritize speed and mobility. The set-through construction extends the neck deep into the body, contributing to the guitar's resonance and upper-fret sustain.

Compound Radius Macassar Ebony Fingerboard The compound radius design (11.81"–15.74") makes this fingerboard genuinely functional across all playing styles. Chord grips feel natural in lower positions, while the flatter upper radius allows bends to ring out cleanly without fretting out — a meaningful advantage for technical players.

TonePros Locking TOM Bridge with String-Through Body The TonePros locking bridge system secures the bridge posts to prevent movement during playing, while the string-through body design increases the break angle over the saddles for improved sustain, tone transfer, and tuning stability.

LTD Locking Tuners LTD locking tuning machines eliminate string slippage at the post, making string changes faster and keeping pitch stable even under aggressive use on stage or in the studio.
