Vintage Custom Neck-Through Guitar — Alembic-Inspired Design, Shadow Pickups & Schaller Tuners
An instrument of refined luthiery, combining sculpted contours, expressive wood grain and contrasting laminations under a beautiful natural finish. Its neck-through construction is central to both its identity and its appeal: a continuous neck runs through the body, framed by carefully shaped wings and a striking laminated centre section. The dark fingerboard and large block inlays complete a distinctive vintage aesthetic.
I have owned this guitar for many years and particularly appreciate its resonance, sustain and versatility. Full, articulate humbucker sounds give way to brighter, more open coil-split textures, offering an expressive palette for clean passages, blues, fusion and rock.

ORIGIN
Probably German or Austrian luthier-built work from the 1970s–1980s, in my assessment as its long-term owner. This probable origin and period are not documented. The design recalls Alembic; the guitar is offered as an independently built, Alembic-style instrument, not an authenticated Alembic.
CONDITION
Excellent used condition, with original frets in perfect condition. A beautifully preserved instrument to appreciate in the hand as much as in its construction details. Please see the photographs for the finish and hardware.
