Unique Fender Body Shape

A refined and modernized evolution of the historical 1960s model, the Newporter is a proprietary Fender design whose mid-size shape and versatile voice is well-suited for many musical styles and players.

Solid Spruce Top

An acoustic guitarâs top is a key contributing component to its production of tone, and a solid top provides optimal resonance, volume and dynamic range. Spruce is a popular wood choice for its clear articulation, nuanced character and tonal versatility.

Fishman Preamp System

With a sleek, streamlined look and a pure acoustic voice, the onboard Fishman® Flex electronics provide intuitive volume and tone controls for dialing in natural amplified tone and a phase control for combatting feedback.

âHockey Stickâ Headstock

This signature headstock design harkens back to 1960s-era Fender 12-string guitars providing a classic look while optimizing the break angle of the strings over the nut, creating singing sustain and rich resonance.

Slim "C"-Shaped Neck with Graphite Reinforcement Rods

The slim âCâ-shaped neck profile is inspired by Fender electric guitars, offering superior hand comfort thanks to its consistently shallow depth and rounded fingerboard edges. Dual graphite reinforcement rods are employed to ensure the neck remains straight and stable.

Deluxe Gig Bag

With comfortable padded backpack straps, durable outer material, and multiple pockets, the included deluxe gig bag provides the perfect balance of ample storage, road-worthy protection, and portability.
