Trader-Bobs Music offers what I believe to be a Deagan Dinner Bell / Dinner Chimes, used on trains, ships, and military useage, very popular in the 1920's. It is not labeled Deagan anywhere, but is identical in make to a few different ones I have seen online. One 5 tube example being stated it was for military use. Mounts on a vertical surface, not laid flat like a marimba. The longest tube is cracked at the top. This one has a flat note. The other three are in fine shape. Heavy unit, the pipes are silverplated, either iron, or brass. The vertical separators are each the music to 5 separate songs. "Taps", "Reveille", "Tattoo", Church", and "Flag". Cool piece of Railroadiana, Militaria, or Maritime collectable. Not sure if the mallets are the original, but they came with it. Measurements are in the pictures.
