Gibson EB-0 Fretless '66/'77
Selling a vintage Gibson EB-0 fretless bass in good used condition.
The bass itself is most likely from the year 1966 (serial 187614) while the conversion to fretless, along with the beetle inlays, was done in 1977 by Jonathan Bennett in the UK. Some of the pot serials date back to '64.
I bought it from Denmark Street nearly two decades ago and brought it with me to Helsinki,
where it's been used sparingly for studio work.
The bass plays well and the electronics work fine, but it would make sense to have a luthier take a look at it after shipping, as it hasn't been in active use for quite some time.
Comes with a near-new Epiphone SG hardcase.
Asking 1757€
or 1400€ ex VAT if you have a valid VAT id.
Shipping in the EU with UPS approx 100€.
On sale elsewhere as well.
