Vintage circa 1970 Framus Germany 50/1 12-fret Parlor Guitar == Very nice overall appearance with less-common Red Mahog finish == VG to VG+ condition with very light play wear or fret wear, some typical Framus vertical checking -- 4 possible top cracks (both sides of neck, and both sides of tailpiece as pictured) these didnt apear to be all the way through but my luthier friend cleated each area as a precaution -- neck joint tight, top is flat, straight neck == Good action at 1/8" 12th fret low E and a bit lower high E == Fresh extra-light strings == Plays good and sounds quite nice -- vey lightly built and resonant -- Old-timey almost banjo-like tones played by the bridge to very warm over the end of neck, lots of tonal variation depending on picking position == Includes old non-original chip case good for shipping, no handle and 1 broken hinge == I'm going to call this one a Dave's Pick, I like it  == Worldwide ==
