This is a lovely player's instrument, hard to let go of. Lots of little dings and 30+ years of wear that you'd expect a rocking instrument of this caliber to have. I've tried to picture all the love--the big chunks are on the bottom and aren't that noticeable but I'm trying like mad to picture 'em. With the stock brass nut and Gibson lawsuit-style hardware, this axe is an undervalued closet classic, at home on stage or in studio with sustain and tone to die for. Frets, action and intonation are excellent here, as is the straight and fast neck; weighs in at just over 6 lbs. Coil taps for each chunky Matsumoku pickup, three controls, V-V-T. No breaks, original vintage hardshell case w. repaired handle. The tone, open grained, old tone wood and playability of this instrument rivals PRS and Gibson instruments, as you probably know. These particular Japanese instruments, from the plant that made Yamaha, Aria, Epiphone and more, are excellent values. I stand by all my sales and am a packing wizard; I buy a lot of instruments online so know how important it is. Thanks for looking and enjoy!
