Tris Imboden’s professional career has spanned 6 decades and is going strong!  From his first professional gig was in 1970 with the now legendary HONK, and his current gig with The Tris Imboden Yacht Stars, Tris has performed with A-list music icons including Neil Diamond, Kenny Loggins, Firefall, Richard Marx, Steve Vai, Roger Daltrey, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Chicago, Anita Baker, Julio Iglesias, Stevie Wonder and many more. Highlights of his career include driving Kenny Loggins' "Footloose", and "I'm Alright” to the top of the charts plus a 28 year gig as a member of Chicago.

Tris amassed a massive collection of drum gear over his six decade career. He’s decided to keep just enough to cover his current gigs, and asked my help finding worthy homes for the remainder of his collection. 

Tris Imboden’s endorsement relationship with Paiste began in 2007 and is going strong almost 2 decades later. 

This Paiste 16" Signature Fast Crash Cymbal was owned and used by Tris Imboden. It looks like it's barely been played. Excellent condition. No issues.

This is a modern effects-style crash cymbal designed for fast accents and explosive musical punctuation. Trashy, quick burst of sound with minimal sustain.
