Vintage Gibson BR-9 lap steel in solid, honest player condition. Original p90 pickup, original tuners, and includes correct-era chipboard case.
Electronics function properly with strong output. Volume and tone sweep clean. No structural cracks. Finish shows expected wear for its age, primarily along edges and back (see photos). Pickup cover has a small cosmetic crack but functions perfectly.
Tuners operate smoothly. Fretboard and markers are clean and intact. Case latches and handle are functional.
A great example of a classic Gibson student steel that plays and sounds exactly like it should.
The original pickup delivers strong output with the warm, articulate vintage Gibson character these are known for. A brief sound demo is available upon request.
