Hamer Custom Order Standard 3/4 Size Natural 1980 w/Hardshell Case

Vintage Hamer Custom Order 3/4 Standard in Natural finish made in 1980 with Hard Shell Case. This guitar features a bound solid mahogany body, mahogany neck and bound rosewood fingerboard. Equipped with an original DiMarzio PAF in the neck position and a Super 2 in the bridge position. Controlled by 2 volume, 1 tone pot and a 3-Way toggle switch. The 24.75" scale length neck has mother of pearl dot inlays and black side markers with 22 medium jumbo frets on a 12" radius with a medium "C" profile. The hardware is comprised of chrome Schaller Sealed Die-Cast tuning machines with cloche heads, a bone nut, an ABR-1 Tune-o-matic bridge and black knurled dome knobs.

This guitar was one of very few 3/4 size standards built in its time. It was originally custom ordered along side a full size version for Alex Parche whose name is on the headstock.

This guitar is in overall good condition with visible signs of age and play, It has finish wear, scuffs, scratches, dings/ dents and finish chips. All pots and bridge pickup replaced for function, it was wired half passive/ half active with one emg when it arrived and did not work properly. We re-equipped it with a period correct model Super 2 (modern version) with a fresh set of CTS 500k pots with orange drop capacitor. (See Pics)

Guitar is freshly setup and restrung with 10-46 strings. Includes Hard Shell Case.
