Just in on consignment from the original owner, this Gibson Murphy Lab Light Aged ’59 Les Paul Standard in Royal Tea Burst is in excellent condition and has been exceptionally well cared for. It delivers everything you’d expect from a top-tier Historic reissue—tone, feel, and vintage vibe in one inspiring package.

For many players, the ’59 Les Paul is the electric guitar. This Murphy Lab example captures that magic with remarkable accuracy, from the lightweight one-piece mahogany body to the beautifully figured maple top and spot-on ’50s neck carve. The Light Aging treatment gives it the broken-in look and feel of a lovingly played original—without excessive wear—making it equally at home in a collection or on stage.

Loaded with Custombucker Alnico 3 pickups, this guitar delivers articulate highs, rich mids, and that unmistakable bloom and harmonic complexity that made the original Bursts legendary. It’s resonant, balanced, and incredibly responsive in your hands.

Included is the original Gibson Custom Shop brown/pink Lifton-style 5-latch hardshell case and all original case candy.
