We are pleased to announce the sale of this magnificent pre-war 1940 Gibson Super Jumbo 200. This instrument was with its previous owner for over 40 years.

The rosewood pre-war version of the J-200 is one of the rarest and most highly sought of all Gibson acoustic guitars. This may be the finest example of this model known to exist.

Known for its superior stylish design and equally spectacular tone, the Super Jumbo 200 is #8 on the list of Vintage guitar Magazine’s top 10 most expensive vintage guitars. Gibson refers to the model as “the King of the flat-tops.” It looks and sounds truly amazing.
