In regards to your e-mails, just make your offers. If within reason, we'll do the deal. If not, the worst that can happen is I'll say no. Thanks! Also check out my listing for Adrian Vandenbergs' 1 of 2 James Brown proto classic 50 heads used during whitesnake early 90s tours, with solid provenance. Thanks!
One of the few opportunities in life where you can own not only one of the best marshalls I've ever heard and owned since the late 90s, but is also the last head the legendary Red Rhodes had finished before passing. Already well established, and highly sought after by the biggest names in guitar, for his amp mods and pickups, same as Arredondo, and Dumble, were at the time, long before being recruited by Aspen to build amps for GT.
Amp was rehoused with genuine Marshall small box from an 1987 R.I. and has orig. Iron, etc. Top left input plexi based Top right is full and fat. Bottom right is like top but about half power. Vol 1 and 2 have a very unique blending capabilities going on. All inputs sound killer!
Aspen picked this head up from Reds' place after he passed, for a mutual friend and customer who worked for Tyler Guitars, and made several offers to buy it. But our friend wouldn't sell. Needless to say Aspen wasn't happy that he wasn't going to be adding it to his collection. Here's a link to Reds' life by Aspen, along with all he designed at GT. Pickup can be arranged if in So.Cal. Serious only please. Been a pro player, collector and online seller for many years, Ebay since '06, 100% Positive feedback, and now Reverb, Thanks!
