Most "dark" cymbals get lost the moment the guitars turn up. The 21" K Zildjian Projection Ride is the exception to the rule. Designed for drummers who demand the complex, sought-after overtones of the K family but need the volume and "ping" of a heavy rock ride, this cymbal delivers a powerful, clear stick definition that sits right on top of the mix.

• The Bell: Oversized and unlathed, providing a piercing, musical "clang" that remains distinct even in the loudest settings.

• Stick Definition: Expect a clear, woody "click" with every stroke, supported by a wash that stays controlled and dark.

• The "Projection" Factor: Unlike standard K rides, the Projection model features a heavier taper. This ensures your patterns don't wash out when the energy ramps up.

Whether you’re playing heavy fusion, modern rock, or stadium-sized pop, the 21" K Projection Ride offers a sophisticated alternative to overly bright, "pingy" cymbals. It’s the "grown-up" choice for players who need power without sacrificing character.
