The Martin SC-13E Modern Burst Koa brings a bold visual statement and advanced playability to the Road Series lineup. Designed for players who want the comfort of an electric-style cutaway with the depth and character of an acoustic voice, this model features Martin’s innovative Sure Align neck system, enabling full-fret access and exceptional ergonomic feel. The combination of a solid spruce top and koa fine-veneer back and sides delivers a smooth, balanced tone with shimmering highs, defined mids, and long, musical sustain.
With a striking Mezcal Burst top and glossy back and sides, the SC-13E Modern Burst Koa is equally at home on stage or in the studio. Modern appointments such as the Low Profile Velocity neck carve, skeletonized Ratio tuners, and LR Baggs Element electronics make it a high-performance instrument ready for demanding players.
