1940's Astatic Model 30 Dynamic Microphone, upgraded element working great!

Offering a vintage 1940's Astatic model 30 Microphone. This model 30 is the predecessor to the more recognized JT-30. The model 30 was a bit more basic in design, sometimes called the "Brown Biscuit", an all metal casing that shows some wear and paint chips, with a wooden detachable handle and one foot cable with male XLR plug. (If you prefer a 1/4" phono plug, let us know.) 

These were marketed toward home recording and general purpose use, and were originally outfitted with a crystal element.
