Vorsicht: Killer-Telecaster!

Fender Custom Shop `55 Telecaster Wildwood 10 Dealer Select Heavy Relic Aged Fiesta Red 3,06kg

Chapeau Fender Custom Shop!

Warning: Killer Telecaster!

Fender Custom Shop ’55 Telecaster Wildwood 10 Dealer Select Heavy Relic – Aged Fiesta Red • 3.06 kg

Spoiler: this Tele sounds exactly the way it looks 😉

A mid-’50s Whiteguard Telecaster that truly stands out – both visually and tonally.

Built around an exceptionally lightweight ash body, this instrument clearly belongs to the top tier. The wood was carefully selected not only for weight but also for its striking grain (“highly figured ash body”), allowing the Heavy Relic treatment to beautifully highlight the exposed figuring and turn it into a real eye-catcher.

The thin-skin nitro finish in Aged Fiesta Red gives the wood plenty of room to breathe, resulting in outstanding resonance and a very lively response.

Complementing this is a quartersawn maple neck whose pronounced fret ghosting perfectly completes the authentic road-worn patina. The classic 10/56 Soft-V neck profile combined with a modern 10" fingerboard radius delivers the ideal balance of vintage feel and effortless playability.

And as the icing on the cake, this Tele comes equipped with hand-wound Twisted Tele pickups by Josefina Campos.

The result is hard to put into words:

This Tele features razor-sharp attack and rings, twangs, snarls and growls in a way that makes it very hard to put down.

Chapeau, Fender Custom Shop!
