BUILD & DESIGN

The EL3781 features a distinctive square-shaped plastic housing- lightweight construction with structural rigidity. Its integrated metal stand can be folded flat against the body or extended to support the microphone on flat surfaces. Additionally, a standard microphone thread allows direct mounting on modern boom stands.

  The microphone uses a dynamic moving-coil capsule with a cardioid pickup pattern. The directional behavior is slightly broad, allowing for natural and forgiving placement while still maintaining useful isolation from surrounding sound sources.
