1989 Fender Precision Plus Bass
A late-80s powerhouse that blends classic Fender DNA with forward-thinking design. Loaded with Lace Sensor P and J pickups, this Precision Plus delivers the punch and authority of a traditional P Bass with the added articulation and growl of a Jazz Bass. It is the best of both worlds in one rock-solid instrument.
This bass is in excellent overall condition with only minimal signs of wear, especially impressive considering it is over three decades old. It has been well cared for and is ready for the next stage, studio session, or tour run.
Features
• Extended horn body design for improved balance and upper fret access
• Lace Sensor active P and J pickups for clarity, output, and versatility
• Coil splitting capabilities for expanded tonal options
• Fender locking bridge for enhanced sustain and tuning stability
• Weighs 9 lbs 13 oz
• Original Fender molded case included
• Sold as is
The Precision Plus was Fender pushing into modern territory while still honoring its roots. The result is a clean, versatile, and seriously underrated bass with attitude and tone for days. Plenty of life left in this one.
