Built with an all-solid wood construction and finished in a warm, vintage-inspired Classic Sunburst, this A-style mandolin projects with punchy articulation and bright clarity, making it an excellent fit for bluegrass, Americana, folk, and acoustic ensemble settings. Its solid spruce top and maple back and sides provide a vibrant, well-balanced voice, while the F-holes offer improved projection and focus for ensemble playing.

The MD505-CS is built for players who value both performance and playability. The 13 7/8" scale length, 12" radius ebony fingerboard, and Jescar fretwire offer a familiar, responsive feel, while the gloss-finished maple neck features a comfortable profile that suits fast leads and rhythm work alike.
