The Schecter Omen Extreme-4 electric bass guitar delivers powerful, customizable tone and premium playability. Featuring a resonant mahogany body with a dramatic flame maple top, the Omen Extreme-4 is a striking instrument with the sonic qualities to match. At its heart are two punchy Schecter Diamond Bass humbucking pickups, controlled by a versatile 2-band active EQ that provides a wide range of tones from deep lows to sharp highs. The steel-plated bridge and sealed tuners supply rock-solid intonation and tuning stability. Shape Your Sound With a Versatile Preamp The Omen Extreme-4's 2-band active EQ gives you precise control over your tone. Boost the lows for a thunderous rumble or cut the highs for a warmer, more vintage quality. With the blend control, you can quickly switch between the neck and bridge pickups or combine them for a complex midrange. Whether you need articulate highs for slapping, a growling low-mid punch for rock or a balanced natural tone for jazz, the Omen Extreme-4's preamp has you covered. Resonant Construction Provides Depth and Sustain The Omen Extreme-4's mahogany body resonates with woody depth, while the maple cap adds articulation and a bit of brightness. Together, these tonewoods produce a balanced sound with powerful lows, rich mids and singing highs that sustain for days. A maple neck and rosewood fingerboard provide a smooth playing surface, as well as more tonal depth. Premium Components Ensure Solid Performance From the Schecter Diamond Bass bridge to the die-cast tuners, the Omen Extreme-4 is equipped with professional-grade components. The steel bridge offers precise adjustment for perfect intonation, while the sealed tuners keep the instrument stable even under heavy playing. Adjustments are fast and frustration-free, allowing you to focus on your performance. A Neck Profile Suited for Any Style The Omen Extreme-4's maple neck has an accessible profile for any playing technique. Comfortable for fingering complex chords and melodies, the neck also has enough width and depth for solid thumb positioning when slapping and popping. Whether you prefer picking, plucking or slapping, the Omen Extreme-4's neck will feel familiar and inspire confident playing.
