This Partcaster combines classic aesthetics, playing comfort and rich sound. The alder body, made of two symmetrical pieces, guarantees excellent tonal balance, with warm mids, defined lows and precise highs. The Honeyburst nitrocellulose finish enhances the wood grain while allowing the body to breathe, for natural resonance and a patina that will evolve beautifully over time.

The luthier's neck in quarter sawn maple provides exemplary stability and a clean attack. Its short, 24.75" Gibson-style scale provides a softer playing feel, ideal for expressive bends, generous vibratos and increased comfort along the entire length of the neck.

The Pau Ferro fingerboard, both dense and silky, provides fast response, excellent sustain and a tonal balance between the warmth of rosewood and the clarity of maple.

On the electronics side, the guitar is equipped with QPickups John Mayer Dippers hand-wound pickups, true to the spirit of the famous “Black One”. They deliver a highly articulate vintage Strat sound, with round lows, sweet but never aggressive highs and exceptional dynamics. Perfect for expressive clean tones, subtle blues and nuanced light saturation, they respond precisely to attack and volume, in keeping with the touch and musicality associated with John Mayer.
