ESP Original Series George Lynch Kamikaze 1
Weight: 10lbs 2.9oz
The ESP Original Series George Lynch Kamikaze 1 is the guitar that launched ESP’s Signature Series and remains one of the most recognizable and influential custom designs in the brand’s history. Originally created by George Lynch in 1985 as his personal instrument, the Kamikaze-1 reflects a bold visual identity paired with a direct, aggressive playing feel that defined an era of rock and metal guitar.
Handcrafted in the ESP Custom Shop in Japan, this model features a maple body and bolt-on maple neck with an ebony fingerboard, delivering fast attack, clarity, and sustain. Outfitted with George’s original pickup pairing and a Floyd Rose Original tremolo, the Kamikaze-1 stays true to the specifications that made it a cornerstone of ESP’s legacy.
