Ovation Magnum II- Red
Our users rate Reverb
Original vintage 1970's Connecticut Ovation Magnum 2 Bass in excellent playing condition, complete with new molded hard case! Arrow neck, excellent frets, and onboard active EQ sounds massive!
The tone is very piano like with attack, power, & depth. The deepbucker neck & the scooped bridge single coil has very clean accuracy without muddy midrange. On top of those extremes, you have an onboard 18 volt active 3 band EQ to further shape the tone. These deluxe models single master volumes are treble compensated so at say 4 its still loud and clear! no high end loss. Ovation deluxe models were offering so much detail In their instruments for pro players.
Lots of delicius patina and player wear, no cracks, breaks, or repairs. Does not have the original foam but you can use rickenbacker foam replacement. Enjoy!
