Manley Labs Massive Passive Stereo Tube Equalizer in excellent overall condition, both functionally and cosmetically.

This unit belongs to an early production stage, identified by its early serial number (MSMP242), corresponding to the initial phase of Massive Passive manufacturing, prior to later revisions and production changes.

Early units from this period are particularly valued for their original circuit topology, component selection, and initial design philosophy. These early models feature era-specific components and construction practices that are no longer used in current production, contributing to a sonic character considered superior to that of later units.

The unit has been used exclusively in a professional studio environment, always under controlled, smoke-free conditions, and has been handled with great care.

Prior to being offered for sale, the unit has been thoroughly inspected, tested, and verified by our in-house technician, specialized in high-end analog studio equipment. The equalizer is 100% fully operational and performs exactly as intended.

Cosmetic condition is excellent, showing only minor signs of normal professional studio use.

The Massive Passive is regarded as a modern classic in analog audio, renowned for its ability to shape sound in a musical, three-dimensional, and elegant way, making it a standard tool for mixing, mastering, and bus processing.

The unit will be carefully packed to ensure safe transport.
