This Teisco May Queen is a super cool and extremely unique guitar. A high-quality build ca. 1999, this 1960s reissue axe was only made for one year in Japan. Drawing inspiration from odd-shaped Vox guitars of the era, this round edge, semi-hollow is fully functioning with nice low action and built-in trem system. The guitar sounds amazing and is super fun to play.
Cosmetically this MQ is in Fantastic shape. Nicks, dings, scratches, scuffs and patina where expected but big picture it's quite clean. Super handsome in classic black aged to a slightly forest green hue. Included is the original Teisco case.
Free local pick up from PTD Vintage in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood available and encouraged. shipping is a flat $115 in the lower 48.
