Martin / 1975 D-45

There is some weather checking on the rosette and in various parts of the body, but there are no cracks in the wood and the guitar is in good condition.

The pickguard has been replaced.
This is a common repair on vintage Martins because the wood shrinks differently than the pickguard material, which can lead to cracking.
This prevents cracking and keeps the wood in good condition.

The difference in the materials used for the nut and saddle suggests that the saddle has been replaced.

A strap pin has been added to the neck heel, which is very convenient for those who like to use a strap.

One indication that the guitar was played with a pickup installed is the enlarged endpin hole.
This indicates that the hole was enlarged to accommodate the pickup's input jack.

It appears that the neck has been reset.
Since the guitar does not have an adjustable rod, this process is performed to ensure proper string height and playability.
As a result, the neck is in good condition for continued use.

[Comment from person in charge: Hoshino]

Perhaps due to the large bridge plate, this guitar produces a bright yet rich tone.
Of course, when you play chords, the beautiful, rich overtones spread throughout, including thirds and fifths.
