This is a head conversion of a Peavey Classic 50. The chassis would originally have sat with the knobs facing upward. It is rehoused in a Peavey case originally for a monitoring amplifier.

This unit is fully functional and boasts all the classic tube sound and attitude you'd expect, along with a lush sounding, Spring Reverb and 2 Channels, both of which are selectable with a footswitch.

The amp further features both 8 and 16 Ohm outputs making it easy to use with a variety of cabs. That plus an Effects Loop allow this to fit easily into any rig with ease.

The case has been modified to allow better cooling and access to the Fuse Panel and Ground Switch from below. The front panel is simply press fit into place, as the chassis is firmly held in place with 4 bolts from underneath. Though the installation is far from cosmetically perfect, the amp is safely housed and works great.
